The latest sales statistics from the Rhode Island Association of Realtors show a 9.54 percent decrease in projected closings in August (863 in August 2007 versus 954 in August, 2006) and a 6.2 percent increase in the number of single family homes for sale. Full Story »

Second quarter sales statistics recently released by the Rhode Island Association of Realtors® show that total sales for condominiums have increased by 5.37 percent compared to the same time last year. Median condo prices decreased 5.93 percent from second quarter 2006 to second quarter, 2007 seemingly as a result of reduced inventory of higher end properties. Full Story »
